Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by FiberCreations.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Only whole materials returned in their original packaging will be considered for replacement, credit or refund of original purchase price and when a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number has been issued. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.

How to return materials and have your return processed properly

Call our office and speak with your Sales Representative to discuss the reason for return and the steps to take to return your materials. Call: (602) 273-7552.

We'll notify you via mail (or e-mail if provided) of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you wish to return an item, be sure to include the packing slip in the box and ship the order to: Fiber Creations, 2142 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85034.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

Examples of Conditions Generally Not Covered Bv Warranty

- Damage to goods caused by consumer or his installing agent(s).

- Modifications to materials not in accordance to Manufacturers published instructions.

- Incorrect installation of Fiber Optic cable, fixture or feature.

- Improper porting of fiber optic cable.

- Improper application or employment of Fiber Optic Lighting solution.

- Electrical faults causing damage to materials.

- Acts of nature, lightning or power surges, water/flood damage, insect, rodent or pet damage.

Examples of Non-Returnable Materials No return of custom length/stranded fiber optic cable, pool/spa lights, landscape fixtures, installation materials (e.g. cut track, foam back tape, silicone tubes, etc.) or special ordered products or materials designed for a specific use (e.g. custom radiused water fall or feature, etc.)

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call our office to request a replacement. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our warehouse.
